• 1) What is SunPage International Calling Card (ICC)? Ans: SunPage ICC is a prepaid IDD service from SunPage. You can make international calls from anywhere in Singapore to over 300 destinations worldwide. It is easy to use. Callers just need to purchase the card, scratch the panel on the back of the card to obtain the PIN for making calls.
• 2) How much is SunPage ICC card? Ans: The SunPage ICC card is available in denominations of $10, $20.
• 3) Where to purchase SunPage Calling Card? Ans: SunPage Calling Card (ICC) is available islandwide. You can purchase from any SunPage Shop or Corner, selected 7-Eleven, SingPost, and authorized dealers such as money changers or convenience stores. Look out for our SunPage Calling Card Logo displayed at the above outlets and authorized dealers.
• 4) How to use SunPage International Calling Card? Ans: It is easy to use. Callers just need to purchase the card, scratch the panel on the back of the card to obtain the PIN for making calls. The 10-digit Card and PIN number is confidential and should not be share
  
  To make an international call (using the SunPage International Calling Card),
  1) Dial 6551 5555 (six five five one, double five, double five) or 1800 551 5555
  2) Select language from 7 choices
  3) Enter 10 digit card and pin number
  4) Enter Country code + Area code + Telephone Number
  5) IF you are using the 1800-number, a surcharge applies, depending on whether you call from a fixed line, public payphone and mobile phone.
  
• 5) What are the rates? Ans:

  3) Calls are charged in initial block of 1.5 min and subsequent blocks of 2.5 mins
  
• 6) Why do we have to impose the surcharge (1800)? Ans: SunPage also has to pay the 1800-call surcharge to our fixed line supplier. You may wish to dial 6551 5555 (six five five one, double five, double five) to avoid the surcharge. Local usage charge will be incurred instead.
  To keep our IDD rates low, the surcharge is not packaged together with rates. This enables customers to call from non Sing-Tel payphones and still enjoy low IDD rates.
• 7) Does the SunPage Calling Card have an expiry date? Ans: The card will expire 3 months from 1st use of PIN or on the date printed on the back of the card, whichever earlier. There will be no refund for any unused portion of the calling card before or after expiry of the card
• 8) Can I get a refund if the Calling Card I have purchased has been tampered with? Ans: Please check the card before purchase. Otherwise, card once sold is non refundable. SunPage is not liable for any loss, theft or misuse of card.
• 9) Can I make local calls with your ICC calls? Ans: You may buy our Local CallBack cards to make local calls.
